For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required straight away. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit, or the full payment, has arrived.
Cancellation — Cancellation fee: If the booking is cancel • 31days prior to arrival date 25 % of total invoice. • 30 - 21 days prior to arrival date 50% of total invoice. • 20 -15 days prior to arrival date 75% of total invoice. • After 15 days prior to arrival date 100% of total invoice. • Early departures and NO SHOW 100% of total invoice. • All Cancellations should be made by E-mails.
